Ricketts Estimating & Project Services (REPS) was founded to give restoration and roofing contractors a trusted, senior-level virtual estimating partner. We specialize in Xactimate estimating and insurance restoration consulting for contractors and adjusters. Whether it’s water, fire, wind, mould, mitigation, roofing, or rebuild, we help you turn field documentation into clean, defensible estimates that move claims forward and protect your margin.

With over 20 years in the construction industry—including 15+ years specializing in insurance restoration and estimating—Andre has worked with some of Canada’s largest restoration firms and insurance providers.

He’s managed thousands of claims across water, fire, wind, mould, and large-loss rebuilds, overseeing projects from emergency response through to reconstruction and closeout. That mix of field experience and desk expertise means he understands both what happens on site and what adjusters expect to see in Xactimate.

Andre studied Construction Engineering Technology – Management at George Brown College and has spent his career learning how to scope accurately, document properly, and advocate for fair, profitable jobs. Today, he uses that experience to act as a virtual estimating partner for contractors and adjusters who need senior-level support—without another full-time hire.
